Today’s title brought to you by Donna Summer’s Last Dance. Doesn’t that song just make you wanna cut a rug? Or at least dance like a crazy fool on top of the rug? Because it sure makes me want to. Someone bring me a rug, stat.
Parker has started acknowledging the pets, and it is just so cute I can’t even stand it. He will very gently reach his hand out to Mayfield and stare at her with his big, curious brown eyes. Then she’ll lick his timid little hand and he’ll furrow his brow all like, “What was that?”
Listen, I have this grand idea in my head that if I go for a walk before noon each day that maybe my days will be a little more productive. That is my ultimate goal – maximum productivity. So I need to wrap this up in order to have myself and my little pal ready to get our walk on before noon. Watch out, world. Here we come.
Some pictures for your Toozday enjoyment. Actually they are mainly for my mom’s enjoyment, but the rest of ya’ll can join in if you want. Do it, you know you want to.
Ladies, that is my brother-in-law Matt, and he is single. SINGLE. He is a very nice young man. Has a degree, a really good job, two cats, nice clothes, good bone structure, and he rides a motorcycle. He also makes a mean beef stroganoff. Please email me if you’d like to be set up on a date. I’m not even kidding. Let’s make this happen.
“Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.”
