peppermint pretzels

These are the easiest things in the whole wide world to make and they are really good.  Like, real good.  As in, someone please come get them out of my fridge ASAP and run far away.

What you need:

Tiny twist pretzels

Candy Cane Hershey’s Kisses

Mint Chocolate M&M’s

Parchment Paper

What you do:

Preheat oven to 325° and line a pan with some parchment paper.  Line up rows of pretzels in a single layer.  Unwrap the kisses and place one in the center of each pretzel.  Put the pan in the oven on a middle rack, but don’t get too preoccupied because it will need to come out in just a few minutes.  When the kisses look nice and melt-y and are starting to spread out at the bottom (ah, sounds familiar), remove the pan from the oven and lightly place an M&M in the middle of each kiss.  Put your pan of kissed pretzels in the fridge for an hour or so, until hardened.

HAPPY HUMPDAY!!!!!

It works really good with pound pretzels too! I did it last year for my class Christmas party.
